What is the basic concept behind the …be expressed service?
We recognise that end-user customers expect orders to be produced much faster than in the past. We have created the …be expressed service to satisfy that demand.
Can I choose any product?
We have selected our best-selling products for this service.
How does it work?
It is very simple. Select the product and service you require, and we will despatch your order in the requested time.
If I order today, and choose the 3 day service, will the order be with my customer in 3 days?
Yes. Our 3, 4, 5 & 6 day service options include delivery. We also have an 8 day option for printing onto metal items, which factors in the drying time.
Are there any restrictions to what I can order?
To produce orders in the allotted time frame we have had to regulate quantities and print colours otherwise production would not be possible.
How can I check what is possible?
All details, including real time stock availability and prices, can be found on our website, but you must have an account to access it.
Where should I send my order to?
Ideally you should place your order through our website
Usually I prefer to use my own system. Is there an incentive to order online?
Yes. You will receive 2% discount on the full value of the order (VAT excluded) if you order through the website
Should I send you the artwork with my order?
Ideally, you should send us pre-approved artwork to save us re-proofing it to you.
What if that is not possible?
On receipt of your artwork, we will produce a visual within 2 hours. It is then up to you to approve it in the required time frame.
When is the artwork deadline?
If the order and approved artwork are received no later than 10.00am Monday-Friday, it will go into production the next working day.
What if I order after 10.30am?
Production will always begin the next working day if approved by 10am. If this is missed, production will begin the next working day after the next 10am deadline.
Is the …be expressed service suitable for all my customers?
It applies to any end-user customer located within the UK mainland. It does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Confirmation of your express order will be with you within 2 hours.
Will I receive regular updates?
Once the artwork has been approved you will not receive further updates until the order has been despatched.
How should I pay for the …be expressed service?
If you have a credit account you will be invoiced under our usual terms. Otherwise, pro-forma payment will be required before production begins.
