It is very simple. Select the product and service you require, and we will despatch your order in the requested time.
- If I order today, and choose the 3 day service, will the order be with my customer in 3 days?

Yes. Our 3, 4, 5 & 6 day service options include delivery.
- Are there any restrictions to what I can order?

To produce orders in the allotted time frame we have had to regulate quantities and print colours otherwise production would not be possible.
- How can I check what is possible?

All details, including real time stock availability and prices, can be found on our website, but you must have an account to access it.
- Where should I send my order to?

- Usually I prefer to use my own system. Is there an incentive to order online?

Yes. You will receive 2% discount on the full value of the order (VAT excluded) if you order through the website
- Should I send you the artwork with my order?

Ideally, you should send us pre-approved artwork to save us re-proofing it to you.
- What if that is not possible?

On receipt of your artwork, we will produce a visual within 2 hours. It is then up to you to approve it in the required time frame.
- When is the artwork deadline?

If your order and approved artwork are received no later than 10.30am Monday-Friday, production of your order will commence that day.
- What if I order after 10.30am?

The production process for orders or artwork, received after 10.30am, will not begin until the next working day.
- Is the …be expressed service suitable for all my customers?

It applies to any end-user customer located within the UK mainland. It does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.
- Will I receive an order confirmation?

Confirmation of your express order will be with you within 2 hours.
- Will I receive regular updates?

Once the artwork has been approved you will not receive further updates until the order has been despatched.
- How should I pay for the …be expressed service?

If you have a credit account you will be invoiced under our usual terms. Otherwise, pro-forma payment will be required before production begins.
