Producing Your Order

Production Process Policy

  • Sales order received.
  • Sales order processed by sales support administrator and emailed to our Dutch sales office by 11am, if received by 10am at the latest. Otherwise by 11am the following day
  • When order confirmation received from Dutch office our Progress department will email an order acknowledgement to customer. This will confirm all relevant information including the date the order is required by.
  • If the order is for plain stock only the goods will be despatched that day providing the order was received by our sales team no later than 10am.
  • If received after that time the goods will be despatched the following day.
  • Our standard carrier service is 2-3 day from despatch.
  • An overnight service is available but only by special arrangement with our sales department.
  • Orders requiring next day delivery will be despatched same day if order is received by midday at the latest.
  • Progress department assume responsibility for tracking all plain stock orders.
  • Progress department confirm with carrier that goods have been delivered.
  • A P.O.D is now available if required.
  • The stock for all personalised orders will be despatched from our Dutch warehouse at the earliest possible time but at the discretion of our sales support team.
  • Artwork for all personalised orders should be sent to studio@impressioneurope.co.uk quoting the sales order number.
  • The studio will produce a pdf proof within 48 hours of receipt, sooner if requested by customer. The only exception to this is if the delivery date is to be deferred to a much later date. In such cases the studio will produce the pdf promptly but to their discretion.
  • The customer should return approved proofs, signed and dated, within 24 hours in order to avoid delays in the production process.
  • The studio will then forward an approved eps artwork file to our printer during that working day. This confirms all relevant information including the required print position and print colours.
  • The printer acknowledges safe receipt of both artwork and production order within 24 hours and confirms requested despatch date to Progress department.
  • Printer acknowledges safe receipt of stock from Holland.
  • Printer unpacks and checks quantity received and also quality checks stock, prior to production. This quality check only includes checking for obvious visual defects, not functionality.
  • Printer will produce pre-production sample at this point, if requested by customer.
  • Customer dates and signs off pre-production sample within 24 hours to avoid delay in full production.
  • Full order printed and quality checked.
  • Full order packed and despatched under plain cover on an overnight carrier to arrive with customer on requested delivery day.
  • Confirmation of consignment numbers, final despatched quantity and destination address emailed to Progress department.
  • Progress department assume responsibility for tracking all personalised orders.
  • Progress department confirm with carrier that goods have been delivered.
  • A P.O.D. is now available if required.
