Being able to physically take a sample into a meeting can be a great sales tool, allowing the customer to see exact sizes and colours for themselves. Having a UK based samples department has got to be a huge advantage when time is of the essence. We pride ourselves on our efficiency, offering all available samples requested to be sent out the very same day. We do not work to a deadline, purely despatching as many samples as we can until the postman collects between 4.30pm and 5pm. We can also offer timed next day services by either courier or RMSD at a competitive rate, something unavailable for those with samples held abroad.
Keeping a handful of each of our hundreds of products in our samples office has given our team a very strong product knowledge. With items to hand we offer a very helpful service with any product queries you may have. From the cost of postage to the dimensions, pantone colours and packaging, to the noises our flying animals make! There is always a friendly member of staff happy to help you secure your order. Having good sample stocks also means that’s it’s very rare that we cannot fulfil your sample request. If the item is in stock and is not too large we should have it here for immediate despatch to you or your customer.
